My dog has a skin rash. Should I be worried and what can I do?

The pictures are not very clear but it does not appear like the rash is moist or crusty or that she is scratching enough to damage the skin. I would recommend an aloe vera or oatmeal shampoo and monitor for any increase in symptoms. Be sure to keep up to date with parasite prevention with a product which is also effective against mites as a precaution
