My puppy is throwing up and has worms in poop. What should I do?

my puppy has been throwing up just today and i notice a long worm in her poop just today also this hasn't happen to her before and i wanted to know what i should do i only got her first shot done and i am nervous i have no idea what to do and i haven't took her to a vet at all yet.

I’m sorry to hear Harley is sick. I would recommend that you have her seen by a veterinarian tomorrow. Intestinal parasites can cause significant gastrointestinal disease as well as even an obstruction if there is a large worm burden. Please take the worm you found with you to the veterinarian so they can identify it and be able to use to most effective medication. She may also need anti nausea medication to be able to keep the the deworming medication from being vomited back up. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon.
