These types of bumps could indicate bacterial or fungal infection, allergies, mites, fleas, autoimmune disease, among a few other things. I would recommend that you have Nala checked out by a vet to figure out what they are caused by. Until you have her examined, keep her from scratching her chin since that can spread bacteria, delay healing, and cause more damage.
