What's causing my dog's red, crusty rash on her lower belly?

My dog has a weird rash on her lower belly/private area.. it's red and there are some raised crusty spots. She doesnt have fleas and she is only fed high quality grain free food. No people food. Any idea what it is? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 9 months and 7 days old | 40 lbs

It looks like she has a bacterial skin infection. You could bathe her with an anti- bacterial dog shampoo and see if that helps. Otherwise, she needs to be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can prescribe an antibiotic
