Dog had upset stomach. Her first poop since is dark. Should I be concerned?

She had an upset tummy 2 days ago and this was her first bm since then... eating and drinking and acting normal but reddish/dark colored stool to begin with but by the end was completely normal colored. Should we be concerned or was it just the last of the upset tummy getting out? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 19 lbs

If she is acting fine otherwise then it is probably related to her upset stomach. You could add a probiotic to her diet. like Fortiflora or Proviable, and see if that helps. If her signs continue then she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat.
