It is hard to tell what is causing the color. It appears that there is quite a bit of mucous, which can be caused by intestinal parasites, bacterial or viral infection, IBD, among a few other issues. There may also be some blood in there. I would recommend that you have Zia checked out by a vet so that she can get appropriate treatment. You can take a fresh (<12 hours old) stool sample with you to her appointment so the vet can evaluate it for intestinal parasites.
