Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Judging from the pictures you've provided, it looks as though the skin has become blackened. This can happen with multiple things not just a yeast infection. If this has not been diagnosed by a veterinarian there may be another cause. If you would like to try at home therapy first before scheduling an appointment with a veterinarian I would suggest using the following: 1. Douxo PS chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly 2. Malacetic conditioning shampoo and apply to the affected area 2 to 3 times per day. If there is no improvement or the condition worsens I would suggest having this examined by a veterinarian for further testing and treatment. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions or concerns that you may have. I am also available via consultation if needed
