Why is my kitten's face swollen? Allergy, infection, or scabies?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | 1 month and 25 days old | 0.5 lbs

IDk what happened to my kittens, one he is skinny n the riight side eye was closed when he was born and now he was died and other his face had swollen in his nose and made his eyes almost closed .is it allergic isn't it? I apply in ears n the body with sulfur an iodine liquid. His mother of cat is infected scabies virus and she was done to inject ivermectin liq. But how i get heal those kitten are infected too?

It sounds like the kitten should be examined by a vet to determine why he has a swollen face. He could have an allergy or an infection and may need medications to treat. Your vet can also determine if he needs to be treated for scabies. I don't recommend treating him unless he is examined by a vet first.
