My 2-month-old kitten threw up. What should I do? Is it serious?

My cat threw up what do I do ? She's 2 1/2 months old

If she only threw up once you should monitor her and check if she continues to throw up or if it was a one time thing. if she continues to throw up i would recommend taking her to the vet ASAP. if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
