That could be completely normal and it could take a while before the penis can get back to normal (especially if slightly more swollen than normal. I would recommend to check it for the next 4-6 hours and if not getting back in place to have him checked by your local veterinarian to treat it. Some lubricants and anti-inflammatory meds may be needed.
