My 8-month puppy's penis is red and swollen. Is this normal?

I have a 8 month puppy and just notice he’s missing the tip that covers his penis is this bad. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 4 days old | 3 lbs

Hello, I am sorry for your concerns about Boss. I do not think the tip is missing, but it does look like the end or the sheath or prepuce is red & swollen. Have you noticed Boss licking a lot in the area? He may have a mild staph infection that would respond very nicely either to oral or topical medication.
