Why is my dog wobbly, disoriented, jumpy, and has a hard stomach?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 10 years and 10 months old | 26 lbs

As of about an hour ago my dog started acting weird. She is very wobbly and is acting disoriented, she also is very jumpy. She is a pug and her tail is always curled up but it is hanging straight. I have also noticed her stomach is hard like maybe she is constipated I don't know but she I worrying me!!!

Hello, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am so sorry for your concerns about Zoey. These are some very significant changes that could be an indication that she may need to see a veterinarian tonight. She could be experiencing some type of neurological event, such as Vestibular Syndrome, she may have a very severe ear infection, or she could be trying to develop some form of vertebral disc disease. There is also a possibility that Zoey may have ingested something toxic. I hope you have an emergency clinic fairly close. She should be seen soon. I hope everything turns out OK & Zoey is back to normal soon. Take care.
