I am sorry to hear that your dog is not doing well. Distemper can be a serious infection and once neurological signs develop, the prognosis worsens in my experience. With her going into a coma like state, I would say the prognosis is guarded to poor and she may not have much longer. As long as she as in a hospital for treatment, this is the best chance she has but it sounds like she is deteriorating and not improving. This may be the time you consider making the decision to let her go if she continues to worsen and does not improve. Unfortunately, there is no specific treatment for distemper, only supportive care and that is what she is currently receiving.
