How often should I bathe my new puppy without drying out his skin?

Congratulations on your new puppy! My best opinion would be the less you bathe Twix the better. Twix has natural oils secreted by his skin that help ensure a healthy coat of fur. The more these oils are washed away, the drier his skin and coat will be. I would not bathe him more then once a month if you can manage it. Obviously puppies can be dirty little creatures, so of course if you have to do so more often he will be fine. However, his best skin and coat health would be from infrequent baths.
