My dog gets anxious around strangers and at the vet. What helps?

My 14 month old female gets very stressed around people that come up to her and the vets what can I do. Pet's info: Dog | Anatolian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 13 lbs

You could try an Adaptil collar and/or Solliquin chews and see if that helps. It might also help to take her to some classes with a trainer to work on socializing her and, hopefully, with time and training she will be less anxious when approached by people.
