How to help my very skinny dog gain healthy weight and muscle?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 8 days old | 1lb

What can I give her to help her gain muscle mass/weight. She is VERY skinny and does not have worms.

Feed a high quality, high protein puppy food. Feed multiple times a day. Premium brands of dog food include Canidae, Royal Canin, Orijen or Acana. Repeat a fecal exam to definitively rule out intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth. Maldigestion or malabsorption issues may also need to be ruled out via blood tests.
