Fear aggression towards humans is a complex behavior issue, so it's really best to work with a professional who can help you in person if possible. Generally, treatment for this problem is based on teaching Maizy to associate good things with seeing people, to change her reaction to them over time. It can be hard to do this safely and effectively on your own, so I would recommend getting in touch with a veterinary behaviorist who can evaluate Maizy in person and help you get started on a training plan to work on this issue. I see that you're located in Crofton, MD - Dr. Marsha Reich is an excellent veterinary behaviorist in Silver Springs, which looks like it's only about 30 minutes from you. I would suggest getting in touch with her to see if she can help. Her phone number is 301-384-3900.
