My pitbull puppy has skin bumps and hives. What should I do to help?

Hello my name is tyrana and my dog name is Sasha she is a baby pitbull. She been breaking out bad under her fur which causes her fur to wise. And I googled it. It says hives. What can I do to cure it because I don't know what causes her to break out like the way she is and it's gettin worse and it bothers her so much. Bumps all over her back. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 25 days old | 25 lbs

Hi Tyrana! From your description, it does sound like she may have hives. Hives can be caused by an allergic reaction, and it can progress to breathing difficulties. If the hives are getting worse, I would be concerned that she could develop difficulties with breathing. I would recommend taking her into a vet now.
