You can get a saline eye wash to clean his eyes but if his eyes are red and watery he may have an infection or allergies. In that case, he should be examined by a vet for treatment. He may need an antibiotic, antihistamine, or corticosteroid to help treat his problem.

Misty eye drops are not used for cleaning eyes, they are used for treating dry eye, and are not appropriate for Bruno's eye symptoms. Bruno has an eye infection if his eyes are watering and red, and he needs to see a vet right away. Any eye infection should be examined and treated by a vet right away, as leaving them untreated can lead to vision loss. Eye infections need to be treated with an antibiotic eye ointment, which is available by prescription only from a vet. Please take Bruno into a vet now.
