My dog has pus-filled, scaly sores on his back. What should I do?

My wiener dog has some sores on his back that are scaley and some puss filled what are they? I am worried about him

It sounds like local irritation/infection. Have your vet examine your dog. Antibiotics may be indicated. A biopsy or aspirate can also be done to collect a sample for pathology. This could diagnose the cause as well.
