Can I treat my dog's bladder stones at home without a vet?

If pogi has a bladder stone. Is their anything that we can do, any home remedies or medicines that pogi can take? thank you. We are now living in the philippines and The veterinarian here are so expensive hope you can help me.

Unfortunately, there are no home remedies for bladder stones if he has them. Because bladder stones can become obstructed in the GI tract, x-rays and a urinalysis need to be done to confirm if there are bladder stones, how many, and if any are in the urethra. If there are any in the urethra, they will have to be removed. If a dog has a lot of stones in his bladder, they may have to be surgically removed. Only a vet can make the definitive diagnosis of bladder stones before any treatment can be done, so Pogi does have to see a vet. I would see if your vet accepts payment plans if paying for one is a problem.
