My dog has red bumps growing bigger. Is it serious after a vet visit?

Hi, do you know what happened to my dog? He just came back from vet 2 days ago and doctor said he having sensitive skin due to his food. I just saw this red bumps growing bigger few mins ago.

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. Judging from the photo, the skin does look abnormal and could be related to an allergy or sensitivity. However, the large red bump you are referring to looks more like a tumor / mass. This could also be an abscess and needs to be treated and have further testing performed on it. Bolly may need a course of antibiotics for further treatment and I would also see if your vet can perform some additional tests on the bump to make sure it is not a cancerous tumor to be concerned about.
