Generally when using topical flea treatments it is advisable not to bathe the pet for 3 days after application. Now if you were to give an oral flea preventative / treatment then bathing him would not be an issue. I like using Bravecto or Nexgard for my oral flea preventative. I hope this helps! You will need a prescription for either preventative as well. I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns you may have. I am also available via consultation if needed.

Yes, if you apply a topical flea/tick product you should not bathe the dog 2 days before or after application. If you are wanting to bathe her often, then it is best to switch her to an oral flea/tick tablet like Nexgard or Simparica.
