My dog might be pregnant. How do I confirm it's not a false pregnancy?

Hello. My toy poodle is due on sept 7. Her belly is not so big, nipples are swollen but not so big. not her usual nipples. its her first time to have babies. so i was wondering if theres a way to know that she is really pregant? It might be false pregnancy, im not sure :(. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Female | 3 years and 9 months old
