My dog was pooping really hard poop almost a week ago so we started giving her wet food. It's been around 4-5 days that she's been in the wet food. She has diahrea now and she threw up vile 3 times in the last hour and a half.

Cinnamon's diarrhea could be caused by the abrupt change in food or there could be something else going on that caused the constipation/hard stools in the first place. Since this has been going on for several days I would recommend taking Cinnamon to the vet to be checked out. You vet will probably to a fecal exam to check for intestinal parasites and may need to do X-rays since she is vomiting as well. If Cinnamon does have colitis (an inflammation of the colon causing diarrhea) she will need antibiotics and possibly probiotics to helps get her stools back to normal. She may also need medication to help stop the vomiting. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.
