My dog leaks pee inside but has trouble peeing on walks. What's wrong?

My dog has trouble weeing when out for walks but when we're sitting in the house like on the sofa or somthing his penis leaks pee . Its been like this for about 2 months now and because I'm only 14 I have no money to take him to the vets . What should I do. Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male

Unfortunately, your pup may have a urinary tract infection. He needs to have a urinalysis done at a veterinary clinic, and may need a course of antibiotics. I know that pets canT, be expensive sometimes, but if he has a urinary tract infection that goes untreated it could harm his kidneys.
