My cat has a pink lump with a round hole on her nose. Is it serious?

My 13 year old calico cat Angel has a lump on her nose that has a round hole in the center that looks pink it's on the left side of her nose in the center of her nose

I'm so sorry Angel has this spot on her nose. It certainly could be just a scrape that hasn't healed yet, but I agree that the area in the center is of concern. There is a condition that cats can get that looks like this that will require veterinarian attention. I have attached a link below to destribe it.
