Why is my puppy's poop always soft and mushy? How can I fix it?

My puppy's poop never firms up it's always soft and mushy when I pick it up. I have to run a water hose over it. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 35 lbs

Take a sample to the vet for and intestinal parasite exam. Offer a bland diet for a few days like chicken and white rice. Consider a large spectrum dewormer as the main cause of soft stool in puppies are intestinal parasites like hookworms , roundworms, coccidia and even tapeworms. I hope this help!
