Spayed female cat (2y/o) has a hard and pregnant looking belly and is aggressive toward anyone who tries to touch her belly. Does she have any digestive issues?

I would strongly recommend taking Hope to the veterinarian. It seems as if her abdomen is hard and painful. This could be related to a urinary bladder issue constipation or G.I. disease, or some other disorder or disease causing fluid buildup in her abdomen. The veterinarian will perform a physical exam and based on those finding spray recommend further diagnostic testing such as blood work, x-ray, or ultrasound. Good luck I hope she feels better soon
