My dog is lethargic, won't react, and struggling to walk. What to do?

My dog has been lying around all day and won't react to anything. She was fine yesterday and was skinner yesterday than she is today. She's also walking weird. Like he refuses to walk but when she she barely can. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed

Poor Bit! I recommend taking her to a vet ASAP to give her a physical exam and run lab work (blood work and xrays). They should be able to tell you what's going on and get her on a treatment. It sounds like she could be very dehydrated and be very ill. Good luck and kisses to Bit!
