How to identify my dog's breed? Is it a mixed breed or purebred?

Does my dog has breed? And if it has, what possible breed it is? The one I bought this from told me this is a terrier.

Hi, thanks for using Petcoach! It's really hard to say what Mayor's breed is. The color pattern in seen in Shepard, Rottweiler and Doberman mixes. I think it may be easier to tell as he grows. To me he looks like a shepherd mix. There are DNA tests you can buy over the counter, though I don't think they are super accurate they are at least fun to do. Below is a link to one kind.
