What are these sores on my puppy's mouth and what should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 10 days old

My puppy has a sore on the bottom of her top flew and its on both sides. Do you have an idea of what this is?

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Sorry to see that Nova is having a problem. Those areas appear to be some type of ulceration of the lip areas. Hard to say what has caused this. Possibilities include infection/viral, trauma, inflammation, toxin or environmental exposure, nutritional problem, etc. If these areas persist or cause problems such as pain, decreased appetite, itching, or if they worsen I would advise having your veterinarian examine Nova. Your vet can examine her and come up with a sound treatment plan to get these areas to heal. Good luck with Nova and I hope these areas resolve soon.
