Oh dear! It's possible that Dora may vomit up the chicken bone on her own, or it may pass without any problems - but you will need to monitor her closely for the next few days. The most serious risk is that the bone may perforate her intestine, or get stuck and cause an obstruction. Signs of these problems would include vomiting, not wanting to eat, acting lethargic, and not having regular bowel movements. If you see any of these symptoms over the next 2-3 days, you will need to take Dora to the vet right away for x-rays and possible surgery to remove the bone. As long as she is acting normal (eating and drinking, active, no vomiting, etc.) you shouldn't need to worry.
