Pet's info: Dog | Great Pyrenees | Male | neutered | 9 years and 11 months old | 150 lbs
I have a Great Pyrénées, and two Huskie / Wolf mixes. All 3 are itching, scratching, and pulling out their fur. The vet here in Tennessee tells me a lot of dogs have allergies to the soil, and grass here. I've done everything I can. There are no fleas. What do I do??

That is a good looking pack! The best course of action with allergies is to figure out the exact cause triggering the allergy. The quickest and cheapest approach is to start by ruling out flea allergies. Sometimes you actually will not see a lot fleas and that could still be the actual cause as it only takes a few fleas to cause the allergy (it is via the saliva). You can try a new flea/tick preventative which your veterinarian can provide. If that does not work, then you can continue by ruling out food allergies. If that does not appear to be the cause, then the next step would be to rule out environmental allergies which can be a bit expensive to diagnose and treat. These allergies can be hard to figure out but it is so rewarding at the end as it will improve their quality of life tremendously. Good luck!
