My dog's cough won't stop after kennel cough meds and antibiotics.

She has a bad cough but took medication for kennel cough but no improvement. Cough is really bad when get excited. Has been on antibiotics since Friday. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 8 years and 4 months old | 19 lbs

You should call your vet and give him/her an update. Your dog could also have a collapsing trachea or heart disease causing the cough. It would be a good idea to take an x-ray of her chest to look for abnormalities.
