Why do all my dogs have diarrhea after getting a new puppy?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 72 lbs

we got a new german shepherd pup now all my 2 adult dogs and the pup have runny poop what could this be and we used drontal plus to deworm

It's probably either something they ate or a gastrointestinal infection. you can try feeding them boiled chicken and rice for a couple days and see if there is an improvement, if not you will need to take them to the vet as they may need antibiotics.

    Vaccinating for coronavirus is not considered a core vaccine and is rarely performed. Other causes of diarrhea in dogs include food intolerance, food allergies, intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretion, bacterial or viral infection, stress colitis, autoimmune disease, systemic disease (liver, kidney, pancreas, diabetes), among others. Since several dogs have diarrhea at the same time, food intolerance, intestinal parasites, or infection are at the top of my list. I recommend that stool samples from all 3 dogs be tested for intestinal parasites. There are several other parasites that can cause infectious diarrhea that are not treated by Drontal.
