I have tried alsorts to get her to stop doing it, change the type of litter, get another litter box, spraying cat tepellant in the bath, I have even tried not putting litter in a box to see if she prefers the smoothness. I do not know what else to do please can you advise me.

You are doing all the right things. I would try putting aluminum foil in the bath. Cats don't like stepping on something crinckly and generally avoid the area. You can also leave some water in the bottom of the bath that will also make it unpleasant for her, or keep her out of the room altogether.
