It looks like she has swelling and I would guess an infection (cellulitis) associated with multiple toes. It is possible she had a wound on her paw or injuries to her nails. A fractured or dislocated toe is also possible. I would recommend seeing a veterinarian to have her foot examined. They may recommend taking an x-ray to make sure the bones look okay, and if they agree it appears infected they may prescribe antibiotics.

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. This could be due to a nail problem, infection or tumor. I would recommend having a veterinarian evaluate this so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. The veterinarian can insert a small needle to obtain a sample and perform some additional testing to help identify what the problem may be. If this swelling is firm, an x-ray of the foot will help as well. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any further questions / concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
