Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 years old | 9 lbs
My car has a SEASONAL allergy..where she develops crusty areas around the head and neck that she scratches..its for maybe 3 or 4 weeks at the same time each year.. What can I do for her? It's very hard for me to get her to the vet as she gets very scared and starts attacking us ..it always happens around this time ..shes five years old! Many thanks

If seasonal allergy has been already diagnosed, usually steroid treatment and antibiotics would work very well. There are steroid injection in long acting formulations that will last for 3-4 weeks. I would recommend to discuss this options with your local vet.
