My cat has a bump on her neck near her fur and it's yellow

This may be a small area of infection or skin irritation from a contact allergy. Remove any collars so it doesn't rub on her neck. If it is painful, draining or itchy she may need a vet visit. Otherwise monitor it daily if it resolves on its own then no problem. But if it changes size or spreads definitely take Lauren to the vet.

This is probably either a skin infection or an allergic reaction, give it about a week to see if it changes at all, if it gets better then you can wait until it resolves completely, if it doesn't get any better you should take Lauren to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
