The most important thing to help with a healthy skin and coat is a good diet. If Bella is not already on a good diet I would recommend starting there. If she is already on a good diet I would recommend adding some fish oil to her diet. You can get fish oil supplement from a pet store, human health/wellness store or your vet. A dog Bella's size should have no more than 500mg daily. If this causes loose stool you can decrease the amount you are giving her. It is also important to make sure you are giving her a high quality fish oil with omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. This will be the most beneficial. Finally, if Bella has any skin issues, like allergies or fleas, it is important that you get these under control too and your vet can help with this. Good luck.
