My dog licks penis, bites tail, scoots after grooming. Should I worry?

My dog keeps licking his penis and tries to bite he's tail/back end and is scooting, he went to the groomers earlier today for the first time. Is it anything to be concerned about. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 4 days old

This may be a reaction to a shampoo or spray that was used or the clippers occasionally. Scooting can be a sign of parasites or impacted anal sacs. You can give him a bath in case it is a reaction and if no improvement see your vet to check him
