My cat's nails don't bother me, do I still need to trim them?

The scratches don't bother me, so to clip his nails or not to clip his nails?

Hello, if Offa has a way to file down his nails, such as a scratch patch, and if his nails are not growing so much that they are becoming in-grown then his may not need a nail trim. However, if Offa's nails are getting to long then I would clip them as he may be at risk for getting ingrown nails or broken toe nails which are both very painful. Hope this helps
