Why does my guinea pig have soft stools even after probiotics?

My guinea pig has soft stools. I've given her probiotics but it doesnt really help. It's not watery, it's just soft. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 22 days old | 1.1 lbs

Hi there! I would try to take a stool sample in to your local veterinarian to check for parasites before you move any further along. Some of these things can be treated easily. If that does not help or there are no parasites found-you will likely need to take your pet in to see the vet for a full physical exam and an overview of your diet. I hope this helps!
