Is it safe to use 12-week dewormer on my 10-week-old puppy now?

I have only been able to find dewormer that says 12 weeks and older for puppies but my puppy is 10 weeks, is it safe to use a 12 week and older dewormer on her or should I wait? Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 7 days old | 12 lbs

Without knowing the ingredient, it is hard to say if it is safe to use at 10 weeks. A dewormer that has pyrantel or fenbendazole or praziquantel is safe to use at 10 weeks. Your vet have some available or pet stores
