Why is my puppy having constant watery, mucky diarrhea? Is it serious?

My puppy is now pooing water constantly, when she sleeps she seems to be passing poo but its not stools, it just a mucky colour water.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Duma I don't know how old she is but babies get dehydrated much quicker than adults dogs. With that severe of diarrhea I recommend that you take her to the Veterinarian sooner than later. Causes of diarrhea in young dogs are: intestinal parasites, viral infection, eating something gross, intestinal foreign bodies. If she is not vomiting and eating you can start a bland diet of boiled chicken or hamburger with rice. Feed about 1 cup per 20lbs per day. But I recommend she see a Veterinarian. Good luck
