Hi, since Chloe is a puppy care training is the best option. Get a crate small enough for her to sleep comfortably in but not be able to go to the bathroom and go to the other side. This will help her old it. When you take her out, go directly to the grass or wherever you want her to go and wait until she does. praise her when she goes, then take her inside. A dog of 3 months will have to urinate about every 4-6 hours and defecate about 30mins to 1 hour after eating. They don't have the ability to hold it for long so you have to make sure you take her out often. Never leave her unsupervised. If she starts to sniff around, take her outside. Good luck, there are more websites on crate training that you can research. I hope this helps!
