My dog ate bathroom trash, is lethargic and dry heaving. What to do?

My Puggle got into my bathroom trash yesterday. Today she is lethargic and has dry heaved several times. She's just not acting like herself. Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Female | spayed | 15 lbs

Try to figure out if she could have eaten anything in the trash. Tampons, sanitary pads or condoms can cause potentially life threatening blockages. If she did and she is vomiting she needs to be seen by a vet asap. Let them know what you suspect she could have eaten as this may affect diagnostics and treatment.
