Cat gave birth 2 days ago, stomach still big. Is she pregnant?

Hey so my cat (about two years old) gave birth to two kittens two days ago. The first kitten was a breech birth and the second was normal. However her stomach is still a bit big and I can sorta feel another kitten in there...but it's been two days since the birth of the first two. Any suggestions? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs

I would recommend taking her to a vet for an x-ray. If is possible a fetus passes away and is still in her uterus. If this is left it will cause an infection and become fatal. I think it is best to have an x-ray and just make sure her uterus is empty.
