My chihuahua has small raised bumps with black scabs. What are they?

Hello. My chihuahua has small raised bumps with black scabs on top under is belly and one on his neck. I have no idea where this is coming from or what it could be. The one on his neck came recently right under his snout so I'm very concerned. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 9 months old | 8 lbs

Hi. These look like little scabs. Almost app3ars to have a mild skin infection. I would try giving him a good oatmeal shampoo bath, and a half of a children's benadry (SO 6.25 MG) If they are still there tomorrow, he may need some antibiotics or ointments so I would call your veterinarian tomorrow.
